About

If you’re new here, I’m Adela Alekic-Jusovic, an accomplished education leader, entrepreneur, and data-driven math curriculum designer with a passion for assisting teachers and principals with math and science curriculum, tracking and analyzing student data, and creating standards-based lesson plans. With over a decade of experience, I’ve taught Mathematics ranging from 3rd to 10th grade. Additionally, I’ve held pivotal roles, serving as an Instructional Staff Developer, Math Coach, Leadership Chair, and dedicated mentor for fellow educators.

In recognition of my sustained commitment to excellence, I am proud to share that I held the title of ‘High Impact’ teacher for an impressive four consecutive years, as acknowledged by the Florida Department of Education before transitioning into a school leadership role. This distinction, earned by only 4% of educators, underscores my consistent dedication to fostering positive outcomes in education.
