Easy Breakfast Prep: Overnight Oats with Freshly Picked Mulberries

I love prepping overnight oats because it saves me time throughout the week. I don’t have to think about what I will have for breakfast and you can make it as healthy or unhealthy as you want. I think these taste delicious and you can use any fruit you like. Mulberries are in season now, my tree is overflowing with fruit so I really wanted to use them as much as possible.

I made enough for 3 small jars.

  1. Mix 1.5 cups of oats with 0.75 cups of oat milk. Add a drizzle of honey and some cinnamon to taste. Mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl mix a cup of Greek Yogurt and some honey.
  3. Now it’s time to add everything to the jars. Bottom layer is your oat mixture, then some mulberries or fruit of choice and top it with the yogurt mixture.
  4. Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy for the next few days.
